Hello! Thank you for your interest in getting in contact with me! Below are some FAQ’s that I usually receive. If you’re looking for a quick response I recommend messaging me through my instagram page (maddieeegoulding) I’ll usually respond the first day! Cut me some slack if it takes a couple though 😉

Fitness Training: I do currently take one on one clients and I’ll also be offering a summer challenge coming up here shortly. For my one on one clients, If you’re looking for an in-person meeting/training etc. I can only take on those of you in Provo UT. If you’re okay with meeting over the phone, email, text, and FaceTime by updating me of your progress through email, then I will take you aboard!

Please keep in mind there is limited spacing and it is a first come first serve opportunity, so sign up quick to reserve a spot!
