How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I offer plans and fitness programs that are very unique to YOU. I don’t train generally for everyone, I customize it so it’s yours. I love what I do and I love helping others see and feel results.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
I do. I don’t charge a lot for either, but I offer either a nutrition plan, which includes guidance on macro calculating, how to track your own macros, and meal ideas. I also have my personal fitness plan which are workouts designed by me for you. You can buy them separately or buy them as a bundle for a little bit more.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
I would recommend resistance bands as the absolute number one tool! Those help in the gym or while traveling as well!
